Affinity Outdoor Living opened in 2010 and is owned and operated by Peter and Sandra Mokan. Peter began his career in the pool industry as a lifeguard then became a service technician in 2000. He was later promoted to Operations Manager for the company he worked for at the time.

Now, with over 20 years of experience and several industry certifications such as CPO (Certified Pool Operator), CBP (Certified Building Professional), and a Certified NSPF (National Swimming Pool Foundation) Instructor, Peter also holds a GSWCC Level IA Erosion card.

Sandra entered the pool industry as a lifeguard scheduler in 2004. Within her company, she was promoted to HR Director and eventually to the Sales Manager. She also holds her CPO and the Mokans require all members of the Affinity team to hold the same certification. Affinity Outdoor Living is focused on designing, protecting, and beautifying pools and outdoor living spaces for your family or commercial property.
